Check out my (short cuz its new) journal: http://www.discussfitness.com/forums...cfl-31934.html
and in it you'll see the link to my fitday records with diet info.

I'm still coming in high on my daily fat I think, but i's lower than it was & I'm getting there slowly. It's already been suggested that I need to up my calories/day. It's a learning process, I'm doing better and it's not going to happen overnight.
Any thoughts?

don't forget - you can't go low-carb AND low-fat - one of them needs to be at 40% (minimum) to prevent burning off protein for fuel (the easiest protein for your body to burn is existing muscle tissue: it provides fuel and reduces metabolic demand at the same time).

otherwise, i think you're not going to find it long before you get results - looks like a potential for a big upper body there (wide shoulders).
