teenpumper/techie_man

This is right before I started. Haven't got a recent pic (working on it). Have a little more tone now. This was about 5 weeks ago. http://www.geocities.com/cody_esser07/MVC-236F.JPG

You have the right body type and haircut to wear a cut-off sleeve AC/DC shirt.

You're kind of chunky. You weigh more than me, but your bench is lower than mine. But your bench is pretty good for your age. What is your height?

I'm 5'10(5'11 with shoes on) I weigh 170 pounds and my max bench is 240 pounds. I weigh less then you but I am not sure of your height but I personally think that you should cut carbs out of your diet and your biceps look like they need a work out.

I'm sorry about the other posts, but you just pissed me off, I could care less what someones grammar is like on forums. I just get pissed off easily, btw my age is 18 and I turn 19 in august. So you're quite strong if you're not taking any roids or creatine stuff. I personally wouldn't recommend taking either creatine or steroids.

I'ts fine S5soldier, let's forget about it. I'm about 5'8" I got kind of fat from last year when I got my 3 concussions and the dcotor ordered no physical activity for a few months. I used to have a 6 pack but yeah I lost it. Been going for about 5 weeks now before that a 3 month break. Bench and squat day today. Hope to improve my maxes.

S5soldier, I really hope you aren't knocking creatine because you believe this...

Both of those would require some hormonal imbalance, and creatine has no effect on your hormones. What you describe there are side effects involved with the use of prohormones or steroids, not creatine.

I use to ****ing take creatine, I know the effects creatine does. Don't ****ing tell me it doesn't, lol. My body was perfect before I used creatine, but funny thing happened, body parts started to shrink when I was on creatine, and my stomach would hurt for hours because I would drink so much water. Creatine is like a legal steroid, don't do creatine, unless you really are ****ing stupid. heh

Did you remove your liver and dropped all red meat, salmon and tuna from your diet to help combat the shrinkage?

Hey I'm only telling the truth. Creatine is an amino acid (the so-called "building blocks" of protein) found in meat. Eat steak much? "Legal" steroids would be prohormones such as Syngex, but they aren't very legal anymore last time I checked due to a fairly recent prohormone ban.

It isn't a steroid, nor is it even remotely like a steroid. The most common side from creatine is stomach cramps, and that can be helped by drinking enough water, but not too much. Too much would be classified as anything over 16oz an hour on average.

Yeah, but we can't allow the ignorance to spread I can't tell you how many times I used to hear the same exact crap in the locker room at school from people who've never taken 10 minutes to find real information before spouting off some nonsense.

Haha creatine a steriod. Man you make me laugh! I used to think this in 8th grade along with the rest of the uninformed. Creatine is an energy source in your muscles. If this were indeed a steriod, everyone would be in pocession!

Yeah, I agree not to let people like him effect the decisions of any new guys on this forum, but other than that, he needs to be ignored
As jaster pointed out, he's a fool
Seems all some of these peeps want to do is act like they know everything and tell everyone.

Btw, a question for S5oldier - Don't use creatine as an excuse for a small penis. Blame your parents bro, not any supplement. :
