I have never posted my pics online before and I would like to give everyone just a small glimpse of what my body looks like right now. I am 19 years old, about 170 lbs at 5'5" around 15% bf. Just one pic for now I'm mid bulk. Want to get up to 180 keep body fat the same and cut back to 175

From what I can see it looks like you've got some good muscle to work with there. However, I'll have to agree with the consensus that your pic is a little hard to judge by.

Cursor My nutrition plan is currently 4-5thousand calories a day. I lift 4 days a week and run 2 days a week. I eat a high cal Breakfast, then i eat 4 small meals during the day. A large post workout meal, then I have a meal of fruits veggies and high fiber foods and some milk or yogurt before bed.
Ha no, no its not. Not with the amount of calories i burn per day. thank you for your concern though. when June rolls around though im going to stay at 4 and slowly drop about to about 3000 for about 2 months to cut all the fat
