Great physique, you look real solid. If you want feedback insofar as parts to work, well it's a hard one but I'd go for traps and lower back. But damn, whats your stats?

Looking good, you have put a great amount of mass on a very small frame! Your waist looks tiny, and you have a GREAT tapered look from the back!!!!

Your shoulders are by far your most impressive attribute, followed by your lats!

Things that look a little less developed to me from these two pictures would be as Lee said, your lower back, and traps. I know it is annoying as hell when someone says this and it is largely due to your thin frame, but your neck could use a little bit of widening.

It is odd that you are fairly lean and your abs are not visible, though. Are you retaining water right now? What supps are you on?

Great pics, though! What are your stats?

Wow…never expected this amount of feedback…….thanks everyone.

To answer your questions:

1. Abs are there but I really never get to fully see them until contest time comes around. I am presently around 14% bodyfat and during contest season I drop down to 6-7%.....abs come out nicely then. During the offer season I never allow my BF% to climb over 15%.

2. Traps are playing catch-up with the rest of my body as I used to think that deadlifts were enough stimulate the traps, but now I realized that they need much more direct work. I am seeing progress with various types of shrugs, pulls etc. Lower back does need some more work also…good point.

3. Lats…..back is probably my favorite body part to train. So many exercises and options you can do. But one that I have seen very effect for lat development is the one arm dumbbell rows….HEAVY! I mean 100lbs+ and row with good form. I could post my back routine if you guys want to see it. My relatively small waist helps to create the illusion of the V-taper.

4. I have used MANY supplements but the only one I am currently using is Biotest GROW protein powder. Tastes damn good and I have noticed an increase in size and a decrease in recovery time since I have started using it 4 weeks back. I am planning you use creatine once again within a few weeks.

Stats:

Height: 6’0
Weight: 192lbs (Started years ago at 143lbs at same height……Tall , Skinny guy)
BF%: 14%

Thanks for the feedback.

Good job man yea the lats look great man. The only thing that i can see that needs work is your traps. Keep lifting and you will only get bigger, gl. Are you an amature bb?

very impressive. because you seem to have been doing this awhile im going to seriously critique your overall appearance. you look lean and muscular. well defined and still with some size. Your chest looks a little small compared with your back and arms, but still very well developed. Your traps while also well develped could use some size, but you realized that already . Lastly your left arm seems slightly smaller than your right, but that can easily be fixed. In all honesty though you do look great i just htought id give a few small suggestions which might help if you decide to take bodybuilding to another level. good work and good luck
