tim_mcf 1 year progress

Okay, here goes:

Sorry about the blurred parts - I wasn't originally planning on sharing these with anybody, so I went nekkid.

I'm still not where I want to be, but a lot better than a year ago - then I was about 265 or so, now I'm 225.

You are half way there. I personally think you've just hit a break-through in the intensity of your workouts that will pay big dividends. I can hardly wait to see next year's photos.

Keep up the good work. I enjoy reading your posts.

Can definitely see improvement there - especially where the abdomen has started to change shape. Keep up the good work, you'll get there.

3N's going to be disappointed though, she keeps asking for photos in those little posing trunks and no one will accomodate - and you've done the whole blurr out thing...

Nice job so far, keep it going! You look like you have a solid base of size, you're gonna look mean with a few more pounds of fat shredded off.

Thanks...those last pockets of fat sure are hanging on for dear life, though. It may be another year before the damn belly and love handles are gone (but not that long if I can help it!) I've been overweight since about 1980 or so, so I guess it makes sense that it will take a LITTLE while to get shredded. I feel like I really need to build the shoulders some more, too. I've been doing shoulders to some extent on several different days, but I'm starting to think I need a day just for them. Any thoughts?

Next week I go back to work, and my plan is to swim in the a.m. on M, W, F, and work out after school every day. One day weights, the next cardio. I'm planning a chest day, back day, leg day, arm & misc. day, and maybe a shoulder day? For cardio, I figure I'll go back and forth between running and big supersets like I have been doing recently. So every week will be different. For instance:

M - swim / chest
T - run
W - swim / back
Th - burpees and such
F - swim / legs

M - swim / run
T - arms & misc.
W - swim / burpees and such
Th - shoulders
F - swim / run

and so forth...
