Todd what can i say, to me possibly the best Natural Bodybuilder i can see. You have the mass to rival the steroid pros in my opinion, and the bottom line thing i love about your physique is SYMMETRY!!! you dont have these overblown legs like todays IFBB Pros but you have the legs that i think are just perfect in definition, size shape!.
and what can i say... LOL first time i came onto these forums i saw your avatar and i thought "jees that guy int he pic looks mighty ripped" and i thought it was someone else like others put other people in the avatar pics. Then after using these forums abit then saw your "GROW" link in your signature and ever since just amazed.! Truly big big motivation that a physique can be developed like that without steroids! Keep up the excellent work and hard effort!

Thanks for the inspiring comments Vas85, it really helps my motivation a lot! The thing I have learned most is to just never give up, to always keep going no matter how frustrating gains might be at certain times, or no matter how many things seem to stand in your way of accomplishing what you want. For me personally, there have been many times where I have had to take unwanted lay offs from working out due to some reoccuring injuries. My neck/upper back seems to go out from time to time, and I just recently found out that it's my spinal cord that keeps subluxating due to a tweek in it. This has been a problem that has arisen in the past without notice, and each time it happens, my entire neck and upper back stiffens up with terrible pain...and consequently can't workout for 5-10 days. It's very painful and frustrating when this happens. But each time, I think to myself..."ok, I just have to work back to my previous poundages gradually". It's almost like starting over when all this happens, and it really can set one's mentality for prgression back a few notches. I have just recently started seeing a chiropractor about it (which is how I found out what it was that was causing my injury to begin with), so hopefully now things will improve and I can get everything aligned the way it should be in order to rid the problem once in for all.
But somehow I have persevered and always worked back to where I previously was, and then bipassed my previous best. I have learned not to ever give up, and that you can obtain anything you want if you want it bad enough. I have learned a lot from bodybuilding...from all the frustrating times and good. Most of all though, I've learned that you can accomplish much more than you initially think you can....you just have to realize that it will all come with patience, consistency, strong will power, a little smart training and a belief in yourself that you can obtain an awesome physique and fitness level.

Hehe Todd i started training at home over 1year ago and now i go part gym part home and i just have never stopped now at 1year and 8months on, i dont know why i like enduring all the pain and the feeling that your BURNING all over but i just keep persisting and likewise with your back/neck injuries, that would easily sway someone away from training becuase people would normally think in the short term and quit but you seem to look ahead and truly set your mind to it i think seeing the physique you have created in the "GROW" pic just makes me more and more want to train its all i guess motivation!

Well, I train for the same reasons... I love the feeling of working my muscles and being able to add new mass wherever needed to sculpt the body I want. Bodybuilding's fun, requires discipline, intelligence, and desire...and I guess that's what I love most about it. It's something that is a direct reflection of the effort I have put into my body and health.
I am glad I could be of great motivation for you! Keep up the hard work, it will pay off...consistency is the key...just remember that!

Update!
Here are a pic of my legs and right bicep in off-season as of 5 minutes ago...lol. Sorry, I forgot to smile, and look way too serious, which I never am! Oh, and sorry the pics are bad quality, I self-took them with my picture phone, so that explains it.

Wow Todd, those biceps are truly guns, locked and loaded. Quads are amazing as well. Keep it up and you may be as big as me someday .
