Thanks dude! I appreciate your awesome comments. I do feel natural bodybuilding can be truly motivating and impressive...and nowadays, even natural bodybuilders are looking like freaks... I think natural bodybuilding is coming into its own. I feel it's the future of bodybuilding!

Most definetly man, i would run a mile away from having a physique like Coleman or Ruhl they look disgusting to be honest, natural physiques are way more pleasing on the eye and lets be honest, a billion times more healthier too

I really believe that if you train like a freak and eat like a freak... you will look like a freak Decent genetics will help as well, and there is the time factor to take into consideration... things don't happen over night... this applies to people who are and are not natural...

However, I don't think there will ever be a day when body building will be really 'natural' esspecially at the pro level... the olympics are natural as well, right? Just because 1-2% of the athletes get caught, does not mean 98-99% are natural... sad but true... and the same applies (in my mind at least) to the sport of 'natural body building'... not everyone who claims to be natural is and there no REAL effective way to find out...

Sorry if I sound a little gloomy

I agree. Especally because those that are not natural, you can tell(usually), and honestly, those that are not natural look disgusting. They don't look good and they don't look healthy.
Now, however, when I see a natural builder, you can tell their natural(usually), and they look ripped, lean, healthy, and still HUGE.
I think the latter is the way to go...as shoulder all people if they think about it hard enough.

Yah, it is weird, out of nowhere I got a rash under BOTH my armpits. I am taking some cortisone cream for it right now, but I am not sure what has caused it...an allergic reaction to something? I am trying to figure it out. But it's right in the crack of my armpit/chest/shoulder, and man, it is annoying as hell!

Oh, and I am not sure what my arms measure....somewhere in the 18 inch range probably, don't think they're quite 19 tho. In due time!
