I don't really do too much for my forearms. I've found that if I work them directly, they sort of regress a bit. I think I hit them indirectly so hard when I train everything else that when I do train them directly, it's almost like they don't like it. Weird, but true. Even Max OT calls for working them directly, but I find when I do that, they regress. So for me, they don't like too much direct work, if any at all.

It's always been my thought as well, that they get enough work throughout the week on all lifts. I was curious since you don't seem to have an issue with them growing.

You wearing those tight-sleeved shirts a lot...? Cus allergic reactions often materialise themselves in places where clothes are pressed against the skin.... I remember I had something similar around my waist, just on the line my boxers used to sit.... Never found out what it was I reacted to tho and it never came back...

No, I don't wear those types of shirts...only cut-off sleeved muscle shirts and tank-tops, and regular T-shirts. It is really strange, but I think it's beginning to go away slowly. We'll see.

Todd, inverted or normal pose, you're biceps are some prettty huggge cannons! mighty impressive as always!. The way the tricep curves out from underneath just makes it one complete arm! as always keep up your hard work, inspiration to me and most probably many many others to keep training hard naturally.
