Thanks everyone for the positive feedback and comments, I will let everyone know when I do begin to cut, which won't be till about March of 2006, when I will then begin to SLOWLY change my diet and GRADUALLY reduce overall daily calorie intake over the course of 3 months.
I will take longer this time to diet down for my next show, so, compared to 9 weeks, I will take around 12 depending on how I look come March. This will enable me to lose about 1-1.5 pounds per week (all fat, with very little to no muscle loss). I should be able to step on stage @ around 190-195 lbs. ....12-17 pounds heavier than last time.
Currently I am ranging between 205-207 pounds, and I should be able to get to 215 fairly lean come March of 2006, at which time I will then begin to cut up for the FAME 2006 World Championships, where I will compete in the Advanced Division and look to win the Overall title and turn professional.
That's it for now folks, talk to everyone later!

I'm sorry about that comment. I didn't know you had a girlfriend, so that sounded really stupid.
Sorry

Years and years of consistent hard training, along with consistent clean eating and adequate rest. Some sacrifice and the willingness to always improve. That's how!

Not too sure if this was asked and forgive me if it was, but todd, how much money do you spend a month on supplements? Give or take.

About $100 per month. This is EXACTLY what I am currently taking for supplements:
EAS WHEY PROTEIN
Phosphagen HP Creatine (delivery system)
Multi-Vitamin
Vitamin C
Flax Seed Oil
