Well, when I say natural pro bodybuilders, I am not referring to the typical IFBB pros that you see in the mags or on the Mr Olympia stage. I am referring to actual Natural Pros who are professional bodybuilders within natural federations (WNBF, INBA, WNSO, etc).

Quote:
l also don't think you can compare a bodybuilder that is natural to one that is on juice there is no way around it more test = bigger fuller and more define depending on how much water you hold of course.
You are right, usually the guys who are on drugs are bigger. And for instance, there is no comparison between an elite IFBB pro bodybuilder, who's on drugs and a top natural pro, but not every bodybuilder who takes steroids is going to be bigger than all top natural guys. I have witnessed first hand elite naturals who have beat out guys who were on drugs on stage in open non-tested contests. I've seen awesome naturals who were bigger, fuller and more ripped than their drugged up competition.

I can show you pictures of guys who are natural, and you'd swear they weren't by their awesome size and conditioning.

I've said it before too!! Todd's offseason is just awesome... but go for as big as possible, coz u know how it is for us bodybuilders :P once you get to a stage you just want more, hunger fuels you to train even harder!, but at the same time maintaining an aesthetic physique thats pleasing to look at (like Todd's) is also just as important :

Todd, you freak! lol you've gotten bigger since ive been around. Good job. Since joing the army I've had to watch what i eat alot more and watch how i workout, but im gaining some weight back, and its all lean. I've been able to increase mass without all the junk ive been eating before...one day, somewhere over the rainbow I hopefully i'll look something like you : good work as always

Oh, I know what you mean.... gotta go bigger and improve with each passing week, month and year...cuz you want to show up on stage with an always improved physique...that is what I am aiming for. To be able to bring and display a far better physique in 2006. My strength and mass is definitely beyond where it's ever been in the past, so I am stoked about future contests.

That's what it's all about....if you are gaining mass without all the junkfood, then you're on the right track! Just a matter of time before you build your physique beyond what you ever thought imaginable! Keep up the consistency...that is THE key!

Thanks man! Right now, I'm at 214 lbs, my heaviest ever! I have somehow been able to remain fairly lean considering my weight. Most of what I have put on is lean muscle with a bit of fat gain. I'm definitely where I was hoping to be at this time, as I've got about another 6 months to go before I will begin my dieting down process. Hopefully I will be able to gain another 5 pounds or so by that time.

I even splurged a little during x-mas/New Years with the alcohol intake! (gotta have some fun once in a while, right?!)

How's your training going?

Hey man, I don't think that is anything to do with genetics...that is being a male. Men gain the weight first around their guts..(stomachs and love handle areas). Just like women predominately gain weight around their thighs, butts and hips first.

A typical day of eating for me consists of about 10 meals per day (this includes post-workout meals). I take in about 30 grams (min) of protein per meal, and not sure how much carbs or fat. Not counting calories at the moment....just eye-balling my portion sizes when it comes to carbs and fat.

As for a shot of my legs....I'll work on that and get something posted up here hopefully soon!
