Hey Todd ... when you inflate those puppies, what's the manufacturer's recommended psi rating?

Lookin' huge!

Looks awesome man. Pics from a guy who "was", and I stress "was", a self-proclaimed lower body neglecter. You'd never know it with those wheels.
Ha ha, yah, those are my knee caps LOL! Thanks for the compliments Maverick, and yep, my legs used to be nothing but twigs....I was the typical upper body pumper!

I've been workin hard as hell to bring them up even more! Two weekends ago I even puked in the gym (made a big mess which was pretty disgusting ) right after my last set of hack squats. I've been working my hamstrings first, then doing my quads with squats, hack squats, lunges, etc. Been working great for bringing up my hamstrings to match my quads.

Haha! That's classic! The thing is, I did legs last night and when I woke up this morning it felt like they were rock hard pumped, as if I had just worked them out...pretty cool feeling when you still got a pump in the legs the next morning! They are sore as hell today tho...and getting more sore every hour that passes!

I mostly squat with around 3 plates per side and then some, depending on what order my squats are done in. I hack squat with 3-4 plates per side as well, and machine squat with 4 plates per side. All of those are done for 2-3 sets each. I may also do walking d-bell lunges with 45 pounders at the end, depending on what workout schedule I am doing.

My Quads FLEXED!

Thought I would take a pic of them flexed for you guys to see. But damn, it is hard to take a steady quality pic when you have to lean over, and cover the "money spot", and flex all at the same time while snappin a pic! Haha! Anyways, here it is........

haha - next time get your GF to take the pic for you. It's easier. I'm sure you've got some posing trunks and won't be stepping on stage with your hand holding a fig leaf.

I've got posing trunks, but they don't fit me at this point in time....perhaps they'll fit again once I diet down.

This is funny, I look at the "uncut" pics of guys like you and MM and notice something your "fat" pictures are better than the "after" pictures of us mere mortals. Most excellent work.
