Yep, you are right.... I consider shoulders a major muscle group and I do about 7 total working sets for shoulders.... and it looks something like this...

3 sets of military barbell presses, 2 sets of dbell side laterals, and then 2 sets of bent-over db rear lateral raises.

or

I might do....

3 sets of db presses, 2 sets of upright rows, and then 2 sets of bent-over db rear lateral raises.

Rangers97, your routine that you wrote above looks just fine. The important thing to remember is to go for broke on every working set....as if it were your last set on earth. :

Now you are just showing off

Looking good as always. Congraulations on impending marriage and good to see your fiance keeps herself in great shape also.

No, that is not my fiance in the previous post, just a mutual friend of ours. We were just having fun for the camera.

My fiance is the blonde pictured here in this pic with the other friend of ours...

Uh oh it would really help if I read posts properly. Thank God I get to hide thousands of miles away behind this internet alias.
Or maybe it was just a clever ploy to get to see a picture of your fiance . She is quite the stunner.

Yah, I thought it would be difficult to top the abs. He did it though. Very impressive work.

Your old one wasn't bad itself, the MM in MM pose.

Great quads Todd. I know how hard it is to get a physique like that. I'm also a gym rat. I've been w/ my husband for 12 yrs and u remind me of him. My personal opinion is that you the man. All u have to do is lose an extra 5 lbs to get those great abs kickin, I'm referring to your recent pics. You and my husband would get along great like lab rats @ the gym. LOL
