First off, thank you for the awesome feedback!

Yes, right now I only have a good visible 4-pack...(the other two abs come out on occasion ), but I am heavily into an offseason mode and taking in a crazy amount of calories so I can continue packing on more lean muscle while keeping fat gain under control.

When I can no longer see the veins in my quads through my sweat pants when I do legs, then I know I've gained too much fat!

My arms are approaching 19" cold (no pump), which is my biggest yet! Pretty stoked about that. I hadn't measured in a long time, so I pulled out the tape measure over the weekend just for helll of it, and I was pleasantly surprised.

I will have to get some more updated pics posted up here sometime soon.

Thanks again everyone for the inspirational comments. :

NEW Updated Progress Pics

Here are some snapped pics from the weekend. I weigh an even 110 lbs. in these pics and I would guess to say I am sitting around 12% body fat.

Any feedback/critique is welcomed! (NOTE: I took these pics before having showered (lazy that day!), so I've got a bad case of "bed head" going on! ) Enjoy!

Oh, and the last pic was taken while I was transitioning into a pose...the timer on my cam was faster than I thought! Haha!

He he! Well, hopefully, I will hit the stage come spring of 2008! I am going to try to find a pro qualifier near my area and look to do well in that so I can obtain a pro card. I'll keep everyone updated as time passes.

As long as you're consistent and very persistent, you can achieve anything. If you want it bad enough, you'll learn what's required to get there and you'll do it, even if it means some sacrificing along the way.
