I was going to say more lats, but then that was me looking from the front pic and not realising the rear lat spread is awesome. Im sure once you cut into condition you'll be looking good, again Todd insane quads, I myself have easy growing quads not so easy growing calves, but I find that hitting the calves works best for me with doing calve presses on the leg press machine with about 600-700pounds works best.
All the best buddy!

Yes, you are right...as I become more and more lean, the separation, muscularity, definition and hardness will become more evident...and all muscle groups will begin to jump out at you. The lats should look like my profile pic does when I am shredded.
I too use the leg press machine for calf presses...as well as I do standing calf raises and seated calf raises. Maybe I need to switch up the rep system or try adding more volume for the calves...which may work! I am still in search of the calf routine that will give me steady gains with them!

Man, I think the only way I could do that would be to NOT train them at all. I swear...I look at them and they can grow still ...lol.

New Pics for This Week!
Here's pics a week later...not too much change...a little more definition in the quads showing up and maybe in the back, but overall, I am keeping the fat loss gradual. Things should start to take shape over the next 4 weeks.
These pics were taken later on at night...so I may be holding more water due to all day carb intake.
Enjoy!
