I would say my triceps are maybe my best asset, they have always been a strong muscle for me and I can easily make them grow, and I feel I have pushed them just as hard as even my most stubborn muscle groups in order to capitolize on them. They're size is what's responsible for my 18" arms, without them, I'd have small arms for sure! My legs have come a long way though and are very quickly becoming one of my best assets. Through trial and error I have found what works and what doesn't for most body parts...even my calves, which were once my worst body part, are starting to come along nicely...it all just takes time and listening to your body, eating right year round, and getting plenty of sleep...and with time it all comes together nicely.

Coming off my bulking cycle I was in those pics 202 pounds and I am 5'11" tall. Everything is currently feeling tight, and the only place where I have any really noticeable extra body fat is around my lower abs area and sides of torso. This I plan to lose along with overall body fat while continuing to diet down over the next several weeks. I will post more pics along the way and some "after" pics when ripped.

That's great. I am in the same boat as you right now. I gained some fat that covers my bottom 2 abs, and some slight love handles.

How much weight did you put on during the bulking cycle?

Hey Streax -- I put on about 18 pounds during my bulking cycle (since last October), I would say that about 5 pounds of it (at most) is fat, the rest is lean muscle mass. At my heaviest point during my bulking cycle I was at 207 pounds. When I took those black and white pics I was 202 pounds or so, currently right now I am 198. Trying to only drop about 1-2 pounds per week to maintain as much muscle as possible and strip off only the fat.

Thumbs up

Thanks there buddy! Well, it has taken me 9 years of hard work and continual learning and applying what I have learned. The main thing though is to just be consistent, that has been the biggest key for me, that, and listening to my body and paying attention to what works for me and what doesn't. Good luck with your goals as well, I am sure you will reach every one of them with a lot of hard work, dedication and consistency!
