While I'm sure that Todd has reached some of his goals, he's got several ahead of him. With his determination and mindset ... he'll certainly reach them too.

Yes, I always set out to accomplish my present goals, then set new ones, that is what it's all about! Here is a pic of me "BEFORE" I even started to train....note how skinny I am. I was 19 years old in this pic (1994). I weighed about 150 pounds...LOL! The other pic is me "1 year" after starting to lift weights. Sorry it is kind of hard to see, not the greatest pic.

I think you were naturally built pretty well, the picture of no training yet, I think you even look muscular in some ways.

Updated Pics Of Todd

Here is me as of lately (end of September, beginning of October). Throughout the summer I had been dieting down a little to lose some of the extra body fat I had gained after months of bulking beforehand. I have since decided to compete in my first contest which is in April of 2004, so I have therefore decided to stay fairly lean between now and then, but at the same time I am working on putting on sheer lean muscle mass everywhere, so that when I decide to diet down for the upcoming contest (which I'll start doing sometime in January) I won't have too much excess fat to lose and less work on my end to get in competitive condition.

The pictures were taken in black and white, as I like to do that from time to time to give a different affect. Any and all criticism and comments welcome!

I guess I put it on by lifting heavy a$$ weights for low reps (4-6) and using a low volume approach to all my workouts. Eating right and using supplement timing as explained in the AST website is what has really made a difference!

I think I may have put on a half inch or slightly more since the first set of pics.

Todd, You're massive! You certainly have a lot of muscle mass and proportion. Keep it up and maybe we'll be seeing you on Mr. Olympia!

Well, maybe not the Mr O, but perhaps in an "all natural" mag or in a future drug-tested contest somewhere...I want to start competing and become one of the best naturals out there.... like Skip La Cour or Jeff Willet, those guys are big and conditioned beyond belief!

Go here http://www.ast-ss.com/q_a/ast_ultimate_qa.asp

Have a look around their site, or click on "Max OT sign In" at the very bottom of the page if you want to sign up for their program. You'll find it very interesting, especially the no BS and truly logical approach they have to building muscle, supplement timing, nutrition, etc.

I currently take the following supplements:

Whey protein (with first meal of the day, one shake mid-day, 1 post-workout, 1 one hour after post workout)
Glutamine (5 grams in the morning, 5 grams before workout, 10 grams post-workout, 10-15 grams before going to bed)
Creatine (5 immediately after workout, 5 grams 1 hour later)
1-A-Day Vitamin (with breakfast)
1000 mg Vitamin C (middle of day or post-workout)
Tribulus Terrestris 250mg capsules (3 taken between meals throughout the day)
Alpha Lapoic Acid 250mg capsules (2 with post workout creatine drink)
NAC 500 (2 with post workout creatine drink)
ZMA (3 capsules 30 mins before bedtime)
