Here are some of those color ones, from when I got back from watching the Mr Olympia....

Todd man you ever consider modeling for mensFitness or something like that you would be very good. you have the muscle mass, yet still are lean and tight. You're a handsome guy too you might be able to make some bucks that way.

Hey Todd what are your lifts like (bench, squat, DL, curl, military press)? I just want to get a feel for what a guy as big ripped as you are is lifting.

To EVERYONE who commented so far --- Thank you so much for your encouragement and honest comments. It's crazy, because before my trip to Vegas for the Mr O, I had a little more body fat. I only got to workout once while down in Vegas, but somehow towards the end of my trip, I was starting to look more and more ripped...even in my legs..more veins were starting to show on th sides of my quads and calves, etc...pretty cool sight. Maybe it was just a reaction to seeing all those HUUGE pro bodybuilders all ripped and striated!! LOL!

Tom Drahos -- In those last pics I am not exactly sure what my body fat % is, maybe 9% or so??? But as of right now, it has maybe gone up 1% or a 1/2 %because I am eating a little more freely to allow myself to gain more lean muscle without a major calorie restriction from now until the beginning of January, when then I will start to seriously diet for my contest in April.

The Bigness -- No, I have not had the opportunity to try out for fitness modelling or anything like that, perhaps if I do well in my first WNSO contest and future contests, I can gain some exposure that way! Who knows!

Jay -- I am glad that the pictures have inspired you greatly to get back into a positive state and start working out and eating again in an organized way! That is awesome!! Stick to it buddy, as true results will come over time!

Gohan -- My current bench, squat, DL, and military press, etc.. look like this ...

Flat Bench -- 270 lbs. for 2 sets of 4-6 reps each set.
Dbell Incline Presses -- 85 pounders
Squat -- 315 lbs. for 2 sets of 4-6 reps (below paralell)
Machine Squats (which I do after regular free standing squats) 4 '45' pound plates per side.
Still Legged Deadlift -- 155-165 pounds
Dead Lift -- 390 lbs. for sets of 4-6 reps
Bent-Over Barbell Rows -- 185 pounds
Military Press -- 180 for 4-6 reps (when using dumbbells, 60-70 pounds)
Side Laterals -- 25-30 pounds
Barbell Curls -- 100 lbs. 4-6 reps
Skull Crushers -- 100 lbs. 4-6 reps
Standing Calf Raises (on machine) -- 310 pounds + bodyweight 4-6 reps

The above is a basic run-down on what I currently lift....some other exercises that I use in my rotations are not mentioned....and, some of the poundages are not big by any means, but I do each exercise with good form and am always improving from week to week...I guess that is what's ultimately important!
