Tommy D's New Pics


Okay, it's been a month since I posted my last pictures, I've gained a few pounds and remained at the same body fat (8.1%). I'm up to about 165 lbs now and all my lifts are goin up so I'm a happy guy.

This pic is a good one of how my traps are coming along. It also shows my triceps which have been coming along pretty well too.

This pic shows my biceps pretty well. It also is showing my lats which I've been working harder too. I can lift quite a bit with them (something like 230lbs for my 1 RM). Critique away!

This picture shows my biceps/triceps. I feel they are pretty proportional. What do you guys think?

Tommy nice pics man, i can definetely see improvements. I seriously think if you bulked up some(even if you gained some fat) you could seriously look massive...

Lats still honestly do need work but they are definetely looking better since last time. Bi's and tri's looking real good too, also noticed a slight improvement in chest.

Thanks guys... as far as lats go, anymore I think it's a matter of diet. I'm going to start taking Russian Bear 5000 (as recommened by Lee J B) and that should help me put some pounds on. Hopefully those extra calories translate to bigger muscles. I guess we'll see. I'll update in another month after I've done some serious bulking.

By the way, I think maybe I've influenced Brooke into weightlifting so maybe I will have to watch out!

Looking real good for the most part bro the only thing that jumped out at me was upper chest so you might want to think about doing more incline presses on chest day. Also how are the wheels? No one ever posts pics of their legs.

Yeah I was actually going to say that.... you do look as if you have the body type that can just pile on the mass and pull it off by being such a low bf % ... be interesting to see how you progress.
