Trying to stay focused...

Okay, I started my workout on January 14th (190lbs at 6'0")

Today I'm at 165 lbs. I've been very happy with my results thus far although as time goes on it is soooo much harder to skip out on the junk food. Here's my progress pics:

My long term goal is 151lbs, which is supposed to be my lean body mass (7% BF) Right now I estimate I'm at around 10-11%, according to those cheap plastic skin calipers anyways. I hope to hit my goal by June. My routine has been pretty standard stuff: 4-5 meals a day, multivitamins, lots of protein shakes, cardio =>20 minutes a day and weights every other. My swimmers build is starting to show cause thats what I used to be and thats what I'm using for my main cardio. Haven't started a creatine cycle, I want to wait until I cut down more then start it. Next month I'm starting a homebrew ECA stack (just Vasopro, aspirin, & cheap walgreens cafeinne pills) and hopefully that will give me the necessary motivation and energy to cut these remaining pounds... it sure does get harder and harder to get even a single pound now.

The only thing I'm particularily unhappy with (besides my remaining gut) is my teeth... does anyone have any teeth whitening solutions they would recommend?

I've know people who have had great success with the crest whitening strips. However, they said that they've found that instead of using them everyday use them once every three days.

Makes the pain easier as it basically is stripping the stained enamel. Call your dentist and see what he charges,

Excellent Progress by The way.

very good progress, definitely a big change!

So for your cardio each day you just swim laps fo 20 mins or so?

No for swimming I usually try to swim >2000 yards which is usually about an hour of swimming. I try to shoot for around 4000 yards which is considered more of a full workout. If you're looking for some workouts in the water I'd be more than happy to provide you with some designed sets.

I also do ellipticals/treadmill/bike whenever I get bored just to change things up, and usually I only do that for about 20 minutes.
