ok here are my updated pics the firsat lot of pics are from the summer near the bottom you will see my dec pics, i am now at 13stone but i am carrying more bf% as you will notice from my face, my arms now measure over 15 inches, which i am quite glad to see now onwards to 16s, comments much appreciated. i hope you can see an improvement in my chest as that was a weakness which i a trying to change, http://uk.photos.yahoo.com/santa23taylor2003
