I just completed a 12-week self-challange working with a local trainer who revamped my weight, cardio and diet program. I am proud to report that my BF dropped from 11-12% to 8%. I have never felt better, tighter or more defined in my life. I turn 70 next month so, yes, it is never too late to adopt fitness as a way of life. Any other "Old Farts" out there?

Thats very nice work Kenchi, i honestly thought that the body looked like a 40year olds body, wouldnt have guessed either that your 70! thats ultra impressive! just gives me the motivation to train my whole life which is my goal heeh.!! keep it up nice stuff
