Wow, am I glad I started working out. I have come a long way since my first pic. I havent posted a pic in a while. So I added my current pic to my before and afters from last time I posted pics. Any comments appreciated

Very nice progress bro! Great job, you have come along way with filling out with thickness and you've lost some body fat, at least it looks like you have..it could just be the tan tho..either way, it look good man! Keep up the continued progress! :
