Hey ppls here are the pics of me (Vas).
These are just upperbody pics mainly for abs and arms i was aiming to capture. All comments are welcome,like if i need to work triceps more or anything. Oh and anybody guess what BF% i am? i have never found out what bodyfat i am, i'm guessing 10-15%. Thanks ppls, cya!

Ok i just had to move everything important from that post to put this post were it should have been in the first place
Ok i just got the measuring tape and my numbers are below
Upperarm - 15.5 ' (Bicep/Tricep)
Forearm - 12.5 '
Waist - 34 '
Chest - 42.5 ' (This is measuring with the tape going under the armpits, not around whole upperbody, which i think i measured it right)
Qauds - 24.5 '
Calfs - 16'
Neck - 15.7 '
Wrists - 7 '
Oh and i weigh currently
82KG approximlately 180.4LB
and my Height = 6ft 1 1/2 ( 187cm )
I think thats everything.
Oh and everyone please comment, umm and prior to 1.5years ago which was end of 2002 i had 13.5inch upperarm size!! which is why i was desperate to being some weight lifting!
and umm ive never measured my bodyfat! can somebody like give a rough approximation?? thanks!
