Velocity 2 Week Progress Pics

Hopefully you see the progress in these crappy pics -- because I feel them...and measurements say it too >_<.

This is two weeks of velocity diet.

www.h-soft.com/velocity.jpg

CHeck it out in the link above.

As for changes empirically:

WEIGHT:
THEN: 191 | NOW: 180 | DIFFERENCE: 11
(morning; post-pee)

WAIST:
THEN: 38 | NOW: 37 | DIFFERENCE: 1 inch
(1 in below navel)

BF
THEN: 20-21? NOW: 15-16?
I dont know body fat composition (never had it REALLY measured before)...but I'll be doing a quick stupid online form to see where I went with my previous stats.

According to such an online test (however bogus it is) I went from 20-21%bf to 15-16% bodyfat.

Which I think is worthy of merit in a 2 week span.

Now -- judging by the pics... I have no idea. >_< You tell me?

5% bodyfat reduction in two weeks - HIGHLY unlikely. It usually takes a month or more for that kind of fat loss and to have it stick.

I bet you gain 5-7 lbs back right after you add back in the carbs. I also suspect the 1" loss is temporary.

No, I never agreed with the 5%! LOL thats impossible.

I said that was the stupid online thing.

I think at most it was 1-2%...and I doubt that one inch is temprorary. That much water bloat?!

I'd say you've probably lost 2%, maybe 3%. On the "get shredded" diet, one can lose 1%/week. I'd say velocity appears to give similar results.

Another 6 weeks and you can be totally ripped to shreds, but really you weren't that fat to start with. You could stand a good, slow, lean bulker.

I'll be honest with you. There is hardly a noticeable difference in your "look" in the photo set you posted. I can't see anything different about muscle definition or size. Was it really worth it?

The good thing is that you look fit just as you are! : The last 2 weeks taught you what it feels like to be on a strict diet and that you can stick to it. Be careful in how you eat over the next 2 weeks because there is potential to put on all the weight lost as fat and more.

Hit the weights, include some cardiovascular training and eat a well balanced diet with quality protein. Don't forget that consistency and patience will get you everywhere.

If your results are typical then I would say that the velocity diet is no different than the "lose 10lbs in 2 weeks" promise that every fashion magazine diet promises. What happens after that 2 weeks is really where the money is.

Thanks for posting your experience with it.

I see a small difference in your midsection, but other than that, all other bodyparts looks the same as in your before pic.

If you are a teenager or close to it, I don't think you should diet. Your body is growing and you are working counter to it. Eat clean, eat well, exercise and climb trees or something.

The only time a teenager should diet is when he is morbidly obese. Otherwise, just move.

Looking at the photos you look thinner, but no healthier nor stronger. The good news is you look healthy to begin with.
