I'll be honest with you. There is hardly a noticeable difference in your "look" in the photo set you posted. I can't see anything different about
muscle definition or size. Was it really worth it?
The good thing is that you look fit just as you are!

: The last 2 weeks taught you what it feels like to be on a strict diet and that you can stick to it. Be careful in how you eat over the next 2 weeks because there is potential to put on all the weight lost as fat and more.
Hit the weights, include some
cardiovascular training and eat a well balanced diet with quality protein. Don't forget that consistency and patience will get you everywhere.
If your results are typical then I would say that the velocity diet is no different than the "lose 10lbs in 2 weeks" promise that every fashion magazine diet promises. What happens after that 2 weeks is really where the money is.
