yeah ... easy to say "lightweight" when he's not the one doing the lifting. Thanks for sharing, MostMuscle!

Nice, I wish they'd have music like that at the Y. Looks like you got a cool place to work out.

He's the facility director. I expect he can pretty much play whatever he wants!

Ah! Well that makes sense. I hope to have my own facility a few years down the road as well.

MM, that exercise you're doing where you lift the plate with straight arms in front of you... I'd never seen it before. Although it looks like it'd essentially be the same as a front dumbell raise, I tried it last night and I discovered I REALLY like it! It felt like it targeted my front delts & biceps with alot more intensity than I've ever gotten out of a front dumbell raise. Thanx for posting the vid!

We nicknamed them "Bus Drivers" as you hold the 45lbs plate in that position is like the steering wheel on a big bus. Like you said it just a basic front delt raise, although some (not I) do feel some tension in the biceps also.
I am glad you like it.

Funny ... the bus drivers that I've seen don't have delts like yours. .

Well, you are kicking ass, that I can see! And by the way, your lat spread is phenomenal! Is that your signature pose? (front lat spread). It is right up there with the best of bodybuilders...definitely better than mine! :

For the front dumbell raise thing...what do you do if you want more then 45 lbs...hold to weight stacked on top of each other?
