Your progress is unbelievable! to go from 300lb to being ripped and shredded, love the vascularity your veins make you look nicely defined.
All i could possibly think is just the waist probably 1inch or so to try reduce it, other than that Welch, all your muscle mass seems to be in proportion, just keep slowly adding muscle mass, you're definitely on track and looking great. : keep it up

LC and Dave - Thanks for your kind words. Now some honest opinions - what else do I need to fix? Remember, I have no ego to stoke - just a body to re-build after 34 years of destroying it - and 2 years trying to fix it.
I am afraid a "3pack" is the best I'll ever get because of all the damage on the right side of my abdomen. But hopefully I can at least bring it out some more. I'm gonna try anyway.
Vas, thank you too. I'm giving my cut another month to try to work on that waist a bit more. I had planned to be done by today, but you know how plans are, sometimes they have to be amended.

I dont really see anything you need to fix, if you want to bulk, add more muscle all over the place, then that's an option. You really got any choice you want at this point.
I'm tired of being fat man. I'm sitting right at 302 right now and i want to get down to about 240. I hate having a belly.
I bet you feel light on your feet and when you get up from teh couch you ain't winded lol. Unless someone's been there, they'll just never know what you and me have experienced.
I'm 302 but i feel a thousand times better than i did when i was 342!

Dave, I started at about where you are now. You were lighter not too long ago too. You can do it too. Don't forget what you've already accomplished. You can get down into the mid 200's or even low 200's. You are taller than I am - you won't have to lose as much as I did. I still have a bit more to cut - My 4 months of "eating more" added more fat than I had hoped. But all winter long, I'm going to try to add more muscle. Some other training to do too - if it doesn't interfere with growth. I promise that even though it is a struggle to get it off, once the activity is increased enough, the body is used to being fed right, and the fat stores are depleted enough - the metabolism increases enough to make it possible to keep it under control - the struggle isn't forever - or as hard as you think it will be. Join me dude - you'll love the way you feel.

Looking good welch. But yeah if you want that six pack look you should shed some weight.
You can't spot reduce weight.
I recommend 4 weeks of moderate pace running and jump roping and then start doing interval work.

Looking great! I'm envious of that vascularity in the arms. Your progress in the bodyfat reduction is WAY ahead of mine.

Andy, you've got a new name "Andy Awesome". Great job. Keep up the good work.
I agree with Brat, the chest could have some more mass to balance out with your back which looks good and reflects the great back work you have done, including pull-ups. We talked about this before, you are a stronger puller than a pusher and it shows in the difference between your chest and back development.
I don't know if you need to cut further. If I recall you are at about 170 lbs. at 6'0". Unless you really want to be a triathlete, I can't imagine you dropping any more pounds.
You've inspired me to post some photos. I should have done so when I turned 50, when I was my leanest. I'm working on reclaiminng it now, so maybe around Thanksgiving I'll be ready.
Oh, great mustache, but watch out if I post as I'll give you some competition.
So when you are ready, intensify the cardio and toss them cancer sticks away and you'll take everything to another level of awesomeness.
Pax Domini sit semper vobiscum.

wow Andy, amazing work brother.
you were 300lb for real ? Dave's right I can never imagine what that's like but I know exactly how hard it would be for me to put on 130lbs ... a poor comparison I know but I guess my point is YIKES! that's what dedication'll do for ya- kudos.
As for constructive criticisms I can only throw my hat in for a bigger chest, your back and arm development just seem a little greater to me ... and dude do you seriously think you need to cut more ? you've got definition that I don't have and I'm genuinely skinny (ask anyone - they'll tell ya ).
Lookin good mate, look forward to the next installment.
