Lol, no kidding you worked for it, and damn hard Im sure :
But I think he's asking how you went up in weights with something other than five pound incriments.

To answer that question: They make half pound weights, and 1 pound weights as well. In competitions, they come in handy to just get that extra poundish for the win.

check out a place that sells used equipment, like "play it again sports" I've purchased 11lb,2.75,5.5,44lb plates, also check for the old lock collars, they weigh 2.5kilos-5.5lbs, you can play with that and make 1-4lb jumps.
