ASHend's pics
My 137 lb frame I went from 180 lbs. to 135 lbs. last year, and I just started lifting about 3 weeks ago. Went from a 34 inch waist to a 28 inch waist. I'm 17, btw.

Please criticize me a lot, I want to know which parts I have to work on, besides all the parts
This was taken with a webcam as a video and then I took screenshots from it.
Edit: o yea, and can you guys tell me what my BF % is around, from the pics? I can't find a place nearby to do it.

I'm 5'9". I couldn't get a shot of my lower body because I couldn't stand far enough away from the camera in my room.

Lookin' good!
If you're trying to gain mass (get bigger) then eat a lot more... a lot.
If you're jus trying to stay thin, keep up whatchu are doing.
Good luck!

Chest needs some work(im sure you know that). I believe you could look really ripped if you gained some mass on your chest and on your abs since you are fairly skinny. The arms are looking good. You could still lose some bf if you really want to get a more solid look.
I can't really tell what your bf is at but i can guess(not scientific or anything) at around 12%?

You need to bulk up man. Abs aren't to impressive on someone without a nice thick build. If I were you I would try to eat everything in sight and lift as hard as possible to build muscle. I wouldn't worry about gaining some fat.

dont worry about training one bodypart more than others, i.e abs or chest, get yourself a good solid routine wich includes squats deadlifts and bench press, your chest will more than likely grow quicker thaneverything else , just remember to train hard rest well eat more

My goal is basically to well, get more muscular but keep off the fat. I can't exactly just eat everything in sight because I'm one of those people who gain weight easily, whether through fat or muscle. I could easily balloon up to 180 lbs again in fat. but I'm not starving myself or anything...just eating what I need and when I'm hungry.
yea, I know I need to work on my chest, heh. I feel pretty stupid when I go to the gym and I'm having trouble doing 5 reps of 95 lbs :\

Some people aren't as lucky as you... If you could gain weight easily, then you have it good for weight lifting (building mass of course).
As for me, I have a hard time to put on fat for lifting due to my super fast metabolism... You have a gift for building mass.
Use that gift well.

Gaining muscle mass and fat is not the same. Since he gains fat fast that is a disadvantage for him. Just because he can gain lots of weight doesn't guarantee that that weight will be muscle.
Whoever if you baloon that easily i still believe you can bulk just make sure to have a good and planned diet and everything else will fall into place.

Protein calories are still calories. Eating too much of this will also make him go up in weight.

yep, its that fine line of eating thats hard to get. I'm trying to eat enough for my muscles to grow, while not eating over the calories my muscles need to grow.
I just realized my thread title is completely off...an old nick I used to use.
