I am cutting cause there is always room for improvement, right?
And I also tend to put on more fat on my thighs then on my
upper body and I am trying to get more definition on my legs.
I have 3 weeks to go on my cutting phase. Then I am off on one week holidays on a yacht where all the food is supplied so I won't have as much choice when it comes to what I eat. After I come back I am back to
building muscle, my goal for the end of 05 is to get to 90kg with under 10% body fat. Right now I am 82kg with around 12-14% BF.
