Dude!! You need to start eating right this second you're very under weight. Damn now 5'8 153 doesn't seem that bad to me now.

At 5' 9.5" I started at 130. So it doesn't seem that bad. But you really do need more to stay healthy.

haha i thought you looked young in that pic. yea i just learned ( about 4 months ago ) diet is extremely important in bodybuilding or gaining mass. you may just have a really high motabolism. just eat alot more.

just keep working at it and im sure you can make some good gains. its always been hard for me to gain weight and get bigger but i finnally am. you just gotta stick with it no matter what.

Hey I know that it is like to be skinny bro I used to look like u did, not quite that skinny but you get the idea. I have to eat 3200-3400 calories to gain mass. One thing that really helped me was www.fitday.com because you can chart all your food on there and it will tell you how many calories, protein, carbs ect. Good luck with puttin' on some size man.
