Muscle Pic

Ok guys, havent posted a pic on here ever, and was out of the boards for months because I have been busy, but here is one. When I stopped posting I was about 162 lbs. I bulked up to around 190, and cut after that, which now I am about 170-175ish, these pics were taken weeks ago, tell me what you think. Constructive critisizm is good.

I forgot to mention, for the past few weeks its been hard getting the training up to normal routine, I live in southwest florida, and charley hit us pretty hard, and we were also minorly affected by frances, so we were without power for a week, and I have not been able to get my hands on some more protein.

Ive been lifting for over 2 years now. I went from 233lbs at 5'11 with probably in the mid to upper 20's percent bodyfat, to now 175ish, no Idea on bodyfat though, Ive only used an electric bodyfat analyzer thing (grasp the handles for about 10 seconds) and it read 14% but this was at least 6 months ago.

Here are a couple more pics:

Sorry, havent been able to get some before pics, been really busy with this new job. I had a question though. I'm at a stage now where I want to bulk (I believe my current bodyfat is shadowed due to some excess skin from when I was heavier, so I dont know what my bf is). My previous bulking was kind of shooting in the dark, watching the scale every once in a while, but making sure I was eating more and consistently, trying to ingest little fat while doing so. For the past maybe week or so ive been back on my bulking style, just maybe adding another serving to dinner, or adding something more into my lunch, eating every 2 hours on the hour (because i'm oc). I'm gonna post an example of what I ate today, and most days it is like this, except for breakfast, didnt have any cereal.

1: Cinnamon Toast Pop-Tart
2: chicken sandwich (2 breasts) 1 piece of whole wheat bread, 1 slice ff cheese
3: Turkey and ff cheese whole wheat pita sandwich
4: Turkey and ff cheese whole wheat sandwich (meanwhile snacking on pretzels at work)
5: Lean Pork Tenderloin sandwich with ff cheese (pre workout)
6: Apple juice/gatorade w/glutamine + creatine, nitro tech bar (post, had the bar because it was 70 cents at gnc, only bought one, been lacking whey.)
7: Burritos w/ff cheese, and extremely lean ground beef, rinsed + drained excess fat.
8: Small bowl of leftover taco beef (has beans and rice in it)
9: Lowfat cottage cheese w/pineapple chunks and handfull of mixed nuts.

Im gonna post what I ate today as well, similar but not the same.

1: Total protein w/ff milk
2: Lean beef burrito w/ff shredded cheese, tomatoes, etc.
3: Turkey sandwich, whole wheat bread, ff cheese.
4: 2 of the burritos from meal number 2.
5: Turkey sandwich, same as number 3, but with refired beans on the side(pre workout).
6: Cup of gatorade w/glutamine and creatine (mixed in raw oats with that and downed it), About 2 cups off the leftover burriot meat w/beans + rice(post workout).
7: Whole wheat pasta, tomato sauce, 2 1/2 chicken breasts cut up in it.
8: Some more of that damn burrito meat, need to get rid of it.
9: Cottage cheese w/pineapple and peanuts
