Yeah I will bulk again after I get back but not for so long or so seriously this time. I want to work it around so that I am doing the typical bulk-in-winter, cut-in-summer, 'cause I have it all backwards at the moment. Long term, I would like to be 91kg(=200lb) with about 8% bodyfat i guess...
I don't really know what kind of food split I've been doing, all I did was go from 3 meals a day to 4 (I know, not ideal...), not eat too much at one time, make sure to cover the minimum protein per day requirement, eat loads of fruit and not eat anything that was obviously
empty calories. Actually there is a lot more fat than there looks but it is conveniently spread around very evenly so as to not to be noticeable as such - until you see me jogging
