zppz progress pics


I put some pics, old and new, up here. Don't worry, I have pants.
Currently 27yo, 187cm, 85kg, just coming to the end of a long bulking period. There is a 10kg difference between the earliest and the most recent of the pics (over 7 months), and naturally not all of that was muscle so I'll be working hard to try and get abs showing through nicely before my trip back home to NZ in January. Yay!

Great results, man! You can definately see some muscle getting added on to the shoulders, arms, & chest areas. It doesn't look like you're gaining much fat during the bulk either. What kind of macronutrient split are you doing? 40c/40p/20f?

Thanks for the comments! Yeah I will bulk again after I get back but not for so long or so seriously this time. I want to work it around so that I am doing the typical bulk-in-winter, cut-in-summer, 'cause I have it all backwards at the moment. Long term, I would like to be 91kg(=200lb) with about 8% bodyfat i guess...
I don't really know what kind of food split I've been doing, all I did was go from 3 meals a day to 4 (I know, not ideal...), not eat too much at one time, make sure to cover the minimum protein per day requirement, eat loads of fruit and not eat anything that was obviously empty calories. Actually there is a lot more fat than there looks but it is conveniently spread around very evenly so as to not to be noticeable as such - until you see me jogging

More noticable than even the gains on your body(which are very damn noticable) is the change in your face. You happier, fuller, and more imporantly ALOT healthier. goodjob man.

Maybe I should have left out the intermediate pics... the total time from the first set (Apr-2003) until the last set (Jul-2004) is now 15 months.
Also note the date on the other posts in this thread

I made a side-by-side of the 15 month period so people dont have to bother with clicking through the yahoo site:
