30 reps more often vs. 60 reps less often

I have a very limited time to work out because of school and work. I am only really able to hit the weights monday through friday from 6:00-6:30am. I have two workouts.

Bicepts
Shoulders
Abs

Tricepts
Deltoids
Back

I switch off every other day on these. I am able to get about 60 reps in on each. But if I switch off like this then i only hit certian muscles two times a week. Would it be better for me to try to cut my reps in half and go higher in weight and do them all three times a week? Due to the time restraint, I am unable to do 60 reps on each during each workout. So would 30 reps 3 times a week be better than 60 reps 2 to 3 times a week?

Thanks

Are you doing one set of 60 reps or something like 10 sets of 6 reps?
