I know the CrossFitters have all seen this so it is here for everyone else:

Absolutely amazing and the guy isn't bent over hands on knees afterwards.

I'd like to get his heart rate readings for that WOD.

Very impressive, im always impressed by the Crossfit workouts. Crossfit could make so much money if they put these workouts on DVD's and sold them on infomercials with the concept of 10 min or less workouts per day to get you in great shape. America would go nuts until they actually see the videos and realize just how much work they have to put in...
