AB Wheel

ok, i bought an abwheel at a store for $4 and was a little skeptical, but i wanted an easy to do ab workout, cause crunches hurt my back, and everything else i don't feel the results.

well, i put the gether my $4 special ab wheel, and I wasn't going to use it, just figure out how it works, and did about 20 or so cheap little tries at the wheel,

I woke up sore, really sore, it felt like i did 500 crunches, i think the excercise is great,

but i want to know, what is the best way to train with the wheel, is it by 10minutes 20reps, or what, anybody have advice?

cool

Don't worry, cause they are cheap, altus has one for like $6 at wal-mart. Don't buy the expensive $40 ones unless you like the design, cause it does the same thing, unless you need a little more balance, there are wider ones.

good luck.

AB Wheel is a great thing. It not only works your abs, but it also hits your shoulders and back for balance.
You can get a similar workout, without spending $6, by using a barbell with weights, just roll it along the floor. What you lose in not having to balance, you gain in pushing/pulling much more weight. So maybe alternate the wheel with the barbell?
