Advanced Flexibility?...

I am looking for some way of getting very good flexibility. I want to build a little muscle also... and I am going to start training accordingly. Is yoga the best way and how quickly do people see results? I have been practicing yoga for about 2 months now and I don't see much results.. I presume I'm doing it wrong or is there any certain foods you have to eat (I am not becoming a vegetarian like most yogi's)....

Opinions anyone?
