Best Bicep Exercises


I need to know the best bicep exercises... Right now I do single arm dumb bell curls, preacher curls (wide grip), and double curls are cable machine (close grip)... what else can I do? Thanks!

Eat and Rest. Biceps aren't huge muscles they don't need anymore then 6sets.

I totally agree with Kon about the rest most people overtrain their bi's I work mine once a week and then as a secondary on back day and that is enough. Remember you grow outside the gym while you recover.

Back to your origional question some good bi exercises:
Preachers- They work the front of the bicep I put them at the end of my rouine.

Standing curls- Your elbows should be pinned at your sides this isolates the bicep. These should be the staple of your routine.

Hammer Curls- These are good too they also work the forearm a little and that is all I do for bi's 2 sets of each.

Most back exercises are the best biceps exercises. Pull-ups, rows, pull-downs, etc.

I would suggest using both at different times, just for the sake of boredom. It really doesn't matter.
