Drop the Mammoth 2500. It is mostly sugar and isn't good for you. The pudge around your waist shows you it isn't working......

Eat clean, wholesome foods every 2-3 hours. Use a protein/carb drink post workout.

Your workout looks ok.

pick one (bulking) or the other (lean out). Don't try to do both at the same time. It is possible but extremely difficult for those who are actually able to do it, and the # of those who can pull it off is very small. Bulk, eat healthy but load up with 5-6 quality meals per day, go heavy on the weights. Then lean out by cutting calories but keep the same healthy food choices, keep the meals clean, throw in at least moderate intensity cardio 3-5 times/week. Keep lifting during this process but up the reps to 12-20 and drop the weight a little. This process works for almost everyone.

I personally think that trying to lose fat and bulk at the same time is not likely for most. I think you have to start with a significant amount of fat on your body, like 25% or more to be able to do both, and even then it's tough. I think for experienced people its harder than if you were just starting to lift weights as well.

Like Kayak said, focus on one then the other. If you are already pretty lean for the most part, maybe 16% or less, then bulk. if you are over 20%, then cut first...or do whatever you want to do .

Good luck.
