can it be done like right now i am lifting 3 sets 10, 8, 6 reps of
high weight to gain musscle mass I have been working out for 3 weeks now i have not missed one day at the gym but i noticed i have been getting alot more chub along the wiast line and i used to have an almost six lol but thats gone now i have been taking Mammoth 2500 i have been getting biger but i don't like geting more chub so what should i do
can i run everyday with working out
for example this is what i would like to do, would it help me loss fat aswell as geting bigger
monday: run / workout chest and tricepts
tuesday: run
wensday: run / back and bicept
thursday: run
friday: run shoulders and legs
saturday: run
sunday: rest
any thoughts?
