BURN fat QUICK!!??


school will start the 25 of august...thats about a month away. i weigh aroun 146-150 lb. i am taking creatine my current body fat is around 10-12%. my abs show fairly well when i flex but NOTHING when i'm not flexing. i am trying to get cutt, meaner, leaner looking abs in this short amount of time. therr is no time to experiment, i just need one program to follow that works(it can include tips on aerobic exercise to lose fat or abs strengthening exercises) i was also wondering if the creatine is making look "fatter" around the stomach and if i should stop or not. someone help me! school is coming soon! HELP

Cardio at LEAST 3, 30 min sessions a weak. Preferable more.
And clean your diet up.

There are no tricks to burning fat quick, you just gotta do these two things and do them right.

Creatine is not your problem. Leaness is made in the kitchen moreso than the gym. Check your diet, you need a caloric deficit to tap into your fat stores. No matter how much exercise you do(to a point...if you are eating a correct diet, and you do more exercise that is more of a caloric deficit), if you do not change your eating habits, you will not see the results you are looking for.

so i guess i have always eaten around 2,000 everyday, should i lower the caloric intake? how much fat should i be getting in a day if i want to lower my bodyfat? on the bread it said 65g. should i lower that and my carb intake?

eat about 50g of fat...all healthy if possible
keep carbs around 200-250g
have protein at 150-200g

supplements,oatmeal, and tuna are the easiest ways to get your protein and cargs with the lowest amount of calories

you may want to start eating tuna again...and, if you want fast fat loss, go with tetrazene

I don't know anything about tetrazene...never even heard of it...but I'm trying to stay supplement free....

tetrazene is a stimulant free(no caffeine, etc) fat loss supplement that works wonders...some lost 11 pounds in a month following a normal calorie diet as well as almost minimal cardio
