Question

burning in my quad!


I Have A Burning Pain In My Upper Quad. It Is Not A Severe Pain And Usually Is Noticed More When I Wake Up. It Also Is On The Outer Part. The Inner Quad Feels Fine. I Walk For Five Minutes Before I Workout And Have No Problems While Doing My Leg Workout.light Squats,step Ups,leg Extend,etc.any Suggestions Would Be Appreciated!
