Could you help me with mine workout routine?

Hi,

I a 20 years old caucasian male. Fit and by an athletic body, I sometimes go for a run, but no more than that.

Now, I am searching for a home "total body" workout to alternate to a mini self-made pilates routine. I don't wanna build up bodybuilder

muscles, just to tone up my body and stay physically fit, by a good routine (you can also avoid warm-up and stretching, because I have also

a mine routine I'm doing for that).

Have any links or other stuff?

thank you

Diet is key.

one does not simply 'build up' like a body builder, it take a tremendous amount of time, effort and nutrition. It does not just happen.

Google calisthenics on youtube, plenty of exercises to learn

Diet is the road for lean muscle mass, but if you wanna just tone up you should do things like sit ups, press ups, body squats etc.
