Continue to
lift weights, up your cardio a bit, decrease the amount of food you are eating, get plenty of water, and clean up your diet in general. The diet section here can be helpful for a lot of your questions as far as that goes.
Calorie amounts will differ from person to person depending on their personal requirements. You might want to start at 1500-2000 split between 4-6 meals during the day and go from there, adding or removing as necessary.
From personal experience, be careful not to eat too little and run too much. I wound up being a 140 lb stick figure for a while, the six pack isn't worth the toothpick look.
