Cybernetic periodization, state of the industry, motivation, etc.

I recently had the opportunity to interview Matthew Perryman. He's a friend and someone I consider one of the brightest minds in the biz. Some of you might know him as powermandl as that's his handle on most forums. I know he belonged here WAY back in the day.

We had a sitdown where we discussed the man behind the computer, his book, online training, auto-regulatory training, the state of the industry, motivation, digital media marketing, and quite a bit more.

A lot was covered, but what I think applies to this community the most is the discussion pertaining to cybernetic periodization/auto-regulatory training. This will be covered in Part 2 which will be posted on Tuesday.

The article will span over three parts since I realize most have a bad case of ADD when reading on the net. I generally don't solicit people read articles I write but I felt this was a worthy read. Maybe it will stimulate some good conversation.

For all two of you who are following along. Here Matt and I discuss online training and auto-regulatory/cybernetic training.
