Does anyone have a good exercise program like what to do and how many reps of each


Please i really need help. i need to know What exercises to do and how many sets and reps of each. All i do now is push ups maybe 3 sets of 10
and pullups maybe 2 sets of 10 Please help. I am willing to try anything

Bro, seriously I can't stress this enough, help yourself to the now, thousands of posts on this subject, literally I myself have posted so many and so have others.....if we just come out right and lay you down a routine, you wont know why it works or how and it might not even be right for you. Just search the site and pick any you want, take a look at the workout journals too.

hehehe, TsiTalon, I didn't think about that. lol

well you can find many well balanced workout on fitness related magazines, or online.

Or you can also get a nice workout videos. These days they make workout videos for caredio, strength training, flexibility, and more...! (i.e.- tai chi)

But basically, you have to do both cardio exercise and strength training to be healthy. Don't forget to warm up, cool down, and stretch.

As for what exercise to do, you should work on all the muscle groups. Do 8 to 12 reps of 2 to 3 sets.

greg2k have you got access to weights, ? or are you training without weights ?

I have somewhere a manual on training the different body parts without weights, I could email you details if you are interested ...?
