well you can find many well balanced workout on fitness related magazines, or online.
Or you can also get a nice workout videos. These days they make workout videos for caredio,
strength training, flexibility, and more...! (i.e.- tai chi)
But basically, you have to do both
cardio exercise and strength training to be healthy. Don't forget to warm up, cool down, and stretch.
As for what exercise to do, you should work on all the muscle groups. Do 8 to 12 reps of 2 to 3 sets.
