Fatigued, still!

I wake up very weak and tired inthe mornings, i dont know if this is still an illness ive had since monday, but im gonna start working out, take a energy drink, ive missed a week of weight lifting, anyone know what this could be? Started off with a cloudy light headed feeling with a runny nose, now all it is, is extreme fatigue when waking up that evens out in the afternoon?

hmm.. It sounds like a case of super aids to me.

Just joking of course.

I really couldn't tell you man. I hate to say this but your symptoms sound similar to a case of mono. If it persists you might want to think about going to a doctor..

Might be something going around because I've been fighting the beginning stages of something for like 2 weeks now. Just dont feel 100%, but I keep trucking.

If you aint changed diet or up graded training to high level it might be just a virus.
If its only a week, see how it goes next 7 days

How long since you've taken a full week or two off from training and just rested?

im all good now, and im not taking any breaks from weight liftning, im on a cutting diet so ive upped my workouts to preserve muscle, its been going slightly good, i can see minor differences =) but my weight is a bit odd, how i drop 3lb then shoot back up 3lb, then lose 2, gain 3. i was at 172 last week, now im 176, but my belly is still the same size.

there's nothing wrong with resting, if you don't you will run down your metabolism and leave yourself open to illness.

take a break, eat healthy food and rest. you'll bounce back quickly and stronger than before.

I'm guessing it's just water weight gain and loss. I wouldn't focus so much on the numbers.
