I'm 18 years old, 69kg / 152 Lb, 172 cm tall, and according to many
body fat caluclators i am between 18% and 21% BF. I've been
lifting weights for about a year and recently i started supplimenting with Whey. After doing weights for a considerable amount of time without a cut.. i thought it was about time i lost some weight.
So last week i started a routine. I go to my gym and do 40 mins on a bike at ~100 watts and between 60-75 rpm. i do this monday, tuesday, thursday and friday.
Since i've never cut before, i have some queries...
How long will i be waiting before i see some results?
Is my routine good enough?
How long will it take me to get down to about 10%?
