Fitday -work out equivalent?

Hi all, I've decided to do my best in keeping a fitday daily record (although it still annoys me with how much guesswork there is in recording meals I never made myself).

What I'm looking for is something similar to record my workouts, cardio and weights. Currently I'm simply using wordpad and entering daily records but I'm interesting in knowing if there's something more advanced that'll make recording easier and be able to generate reports, show progress etc

Does such a service exist?

Unfortunately, most of the decent ones charge money and the free ones are little more than glorified spreadsheets. Let me know if someone finds one though.

I was actually working on one for a while. I had big plans for it, as it would be accessible by the casual fitness enthusiast, but would have a lot of detail for the more hardcore trainer (Finally a log that would make sense for cross-fit type workouts). Lack of free time and the worry that no one would use it kinda put it on the backburner.

Look no further than the Online Journal forum here. Plain and simple like a scratch pad and pencil except in cyberspace.

I've maintained a detailed and non-stop journal for over 3 years and the archival benefit is great. Keep it simple and just start your own. Nothing fancier is needed, trust me.
