Flexibility


Anybody know good sources for flexibility programs? I don't want to attend a class like pilates or yoga or anything, just something I can do at night while I watch TV or something. Its one aspect (of a few) of my fitness I think is lacking. The more information the better. Thanks.

I infrequently do a yoga workout and I always feel wonderful afterwards. I've attended a class in the past but more recently I have put together a 17 posture workout drawing from the very good examples at this website:

I hope this is helpful. Yoga is tough, no doubt about it.

There is a really good book of stretching routines by a guy named Bob Anderson. http://www.stretching.com/

I've used a couple of versions of the book. It's all common stuff .

I do yoga too, but I haven't recently. It's always good for losoening up too!
