Flexibility exercises

Guys

I have recently started training in an MMA, but since I haven't done anything of the sort for a number of years I have lost all of the flexibilty that I once had (especially in the hips). Can anyone suggest a website/book/video that I can look at to get some exercises from so that I can quickly build up my flexibilty again. Getting my hips on the ground in the grapple is proving harder than I thought it would.

Any help would be much appreciated.

James

I like pilates for flexibilty...worked ALOT better for me than regular stretching. Also do your stretching AFTER you're warmed up and it'll progress alot faster than doing it cold...not to mention there's less chance of injury that way.

I find this site helpful for stretching, hold each stretch for 15-30secs and be sure not to over stretch
