Maybe you need more sleep or examine your dietary needs. Take a multi-vitamin . . .

I'd recommend some motivational music or movies that get you into the mood to work out...VisionQuest has always been my motivational movie...some people like Rocky..others have their own preference...even music like Limp Bizkit or Linkin park get me into the mood to work out..which helps me focus on what I need to do when i get in there

You have to work the mind just like you work you muscles and it takes time. What i have been doing is when i go to lift i look around the gym so people look back at me , its just what people do , so then i keep it in my head that Hey this guys or girl is watching my and it motivates me to give my all. Just one of the mental games that i play with myself.

try taking a suppliment with b-12. i recommend spark by advocare. it'll get you concentrating. also before you go to the gym imagine what you want to look like. think of your head on a monsterously huge body. think about every individual muscle bulging. anytime i do that whether im about to go to the gym or not i get pumped.
